If there’s one thing that will make a massive change in how you feel almost instantly it’s gratitude. It’s literally The Magic. There is no habit I built that would mean more to me than this little practice which pulled me out of the darkest hours of my depression struggle. This will forever be the first thing I recommend as a Life Coach and I suspect that as it proved so far it would be a breakthrough change that determines good wellbeing. I can’t stress how life-changing this habit is. It’s a true lifestyle transformational really easy thing to do. You only need spare 3-10 minutes a day.
