We are drowning in the vast sea of self-help books. Honestly, there is just so many nowadays. I – for all that means – am glad. Not because all of them are good. It’s because some of them are terrible and unhelpful, but I’m glad that this market grows. Mainly because people slowly start to realize how important mental health and proper self-care is. I mean, stress does horrible things to you and your body and I believe is an indirect cause of most of the diseases. That’s why it’s so important for people to understand that there is no price tag on your mental health. If it means counseling – so be it. If it means seminars and courses, group meditations, yoga classes or breathing exercises. You just have to think about this stuff.
