I was in quite a pickle for past few weeks. Not going too much into details, basically, I had a recurring depression episode and few bad anxiety attacks. That’s why I didn’t write as often as I would like to on this blog. But, enough with the sulking – it’s time to get me in shape again.
Those self-care ideas can be lifesavers, for when you are feeling really, really down. Like “I can’t stop crying down”. Some of them might be obvious to you, but we all need a reminder sometimes about the simplest things in life as those are the ones that are most effective yet most of the time completely underestimated.
