Depression can be a bitch. Even the ‘contained’ one. Especially the recovery, when you see the way out already but you have so much of groundwork to get through.
Something I found to help me tremendously like honestly, everyone should try it kind-of-thing, were morning rituals. I’ve got one. It’s not going to be everyone’s cup of tea, I’m not claiming I have ‘recovered from depression’ using this one simple trick, but I’d be lying if I said it didn’t help. It made all the difference.
