How was your week?
For me, it was a real emotional roller coaster. Why? I’ll let you know below.
So, it started quite calm, I finally got over something that was annoying me for a while, I got some direction and finally decided on what I want to do in life, and what passion I need to follow, I started and stuck to the 30 day yoga challenge, I have read a book that gave me really powerful injection of motivation and direction and I have done a lot of self-care.
And then it got really, really trying – my old ways caught up with me, I had a meltdown and another tiring and emotional panic attack.
But then it all worked out okay and helped me establish my priorities even better, so it all turned out okay. It is really hard to work on yourself and I know, it’s easy to give up and just follow the path someone else picked for you, but harder it gets, that usually means that there’s going to be an amazing turning point for you soon. You just have to dig a little deeper and push a little further and maybe very soon – you’ll be there.
Honestly, you will hate yourself if you give up now.
